Kinetic Moto is not liable for accidents, injuries, property damage, product damage, losses, improper installation, incorrect use, or other problems that may occur while using our products. Customers are responsible for using all products safely and at their own discretion.

Before purchasing, customers are responsible for confirming that the product is compatible with their vehicle, equipment, or setup. Kinetic Moto is not responsible for compatibility problems resulting from a customer purchasing a product that does not fit their setup.

Customers are responsible for installing products correctly and following any applicable installation instructions. Improper installation, modifications, misuse, or failure to properly maintain a product may result in damage or other issues, for which Kinetic Moto is not responsible.

All products should be inspected before installation and use. If a product appears damaged or unsafe, do not use it and contact Kinetic Moto.

By purchasing from Kinetic Moto, you accept responsibility for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the product.
