At Kinetic Moto, we do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Since orders are shipped directly by Kinetic Moto, we are able to provide fast processing and shipping times.
Processing & Shipping Times
- In-stock items: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed.
- Made-to-order or delayed items: Processing times may vary depending on the product and will be communicated when necessary.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.
Shipping Responsibility
Kinetic Moto is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
If a package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.
Order Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order. Kinetic Moto is not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
