Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kinetic Moto, we work with trusted third-party suppliers who ship products directly to our customers. This allows us to offer a wider selection of products at competitive prices. Because orders are fulfilled by our suppliers, our return and refund process may differ from that of traditional retailers.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns or refunds only for items that are:

  • Damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • Incorrect items sent by mistake.

  • Lost in transit (once confirmed by the shipping carrier).

If your item arrives with one of the issues above, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kineticmoto1@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and its packaging

We will review your request and, if approved, provide either a replacement or a refund.

Returns

Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we generally do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size or color selections, buyer's remorse, or items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been been processed or dispatched by our supplier, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period where required by law.
